Google Now Launcher is a new Launcher recently launched by Google(obviously). It replaces the default launcher on your phone and provides easy access to Google Now Cards.

-Swipe Right on the home screen to switch to Google Now.

-Say Ok Google, to trigger voice input.

-Folders on the home screen, A folder is already present at the home screen containing Google Apps like Gmail, Youtube, Chrome etc.

- A new atrractive App Drawer

- Long Press on Home Screen gives 3 Options : Wallpapers, Widgets, and Settings(Google Settings)

 

(Available on Android 4.1 and later) Google has noted that not all users installing the Google Now Launcher will be able to use all the features, as "some features are unavailable in some areas." Users can activate and keep it as the default launcher or can anytime switch back to the old launcher from Settings.
